Comprehensive Capacity Assessment and Preparation
This WP focuses on evaluating the readiness of the higher education systems in Palestine and Jordan for the implementation of the Bologna Process.
This will include examining HE laws, bylaws, and regulations to evaluate the compatibility of HE systems with Bologna Process. Additionally, an assessment is needed for the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) participating in this project from Palestine and Jordan, the assessment will scrutinize the readiness of the universities to implement the Bologna Process in terms of administrative and academic staff, internal bylaws and regulations, capacities to develop a Bologna-based curriculum, and their readiness to implement the process. The findings will inform the development of a tailored capacity-building plan, ensuring partner universities are fully prepared for the successful integration of the Bologna system.

Objectives
Lay the groundwork for the successful implementation of the Bologna Process by conducting a comprehensive assessment of capacities, regulatory environments, and readiness at the ministries of higher education and partner universities in Palestine and Jordan.
The outcomes will inform targeted capacity-building efforts to ensure a smooth implementation of the Bologna-based system in the selected programs at partner universities in Palestine and Jordan.

Achieving this milestone means completing the evaluation of
academic staff, administrative personnel, and institutional infrastructure capacities and capabilities, summarized in acomprehensive report.
Successful planning and execution of the project kick-off meeting in addition to all other management meetings will ensure active participation of all project partners, clarification of project goals, and alignment of expectations for effective collaboration throughout the project duration.
