BASE Project Highlighted During The Erasmus+ Annual Information Session In Spain

As part of the dissemination activities of Erasmus+ projects Dr. Amir Khalil, Director of the National Erasmus+ Office in Palestine, delivered a presentation entitled:

“Standing Up for Palestinian Higher Education: Building Partnerships”

During the Annual Erasmus+ Information Session organized by the Spanish National Agency,SEPIE (Servicio Español para la Internacionalización de la Educación).

During his presentation, Dr. Khalil made reference to the BASE Project, highlighting its role in strengthening international partnerships and supporting capacity building within Palestinian higher education institutions. He emphasized the importance of international academic cooperation and its contribution to sustaining and developing higher education.

This contribution reflects the project’s growing international visibility and aligns with the dissemination objectives of the Erasmus+ Programme.A selection of photographs documenting this contribution is attached and may be used for dissemination purposes.

The BASE project project aims to elevate higher education in Palestine and Jordan by implementing the Bologna Process in one program chosen from the multiple programs in the colleges of science at each partner university in Palestine and Jordan. The project will utilise Bologna’s standards and philosophy to develop these selected programs by creating curricula and establishing the context and environment supporting this development at each HEIs.
