Eng. Fadia Hashaika

Biography

Eng. Fadia Hashaika is a Communication Engineer and currently works in the Department of World University Ranking at An-Najah National University, Palestine. In this strategic role, she is responsible for evaluating and enhancing the university’s global standing, with a focus on increasing academic visibility, international reputation, and research influence. Her work involves comprehensive analysis of global ranking indicators and the development of targeted strategies to elevate institutional performance across major university ranking frameworks.

In addition, Eng. Hashaika is the Coordinator for the Sustainable Development File under the Deanship of Scientific Research and Rankings. She leads institutional efforts to align academic and operational practices with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to the university’s growing impact in the fields of sustainability, research, education, and community engagement.

The BASE project project aims to elevate higher education in Palestine and Jordan by implementing the Bologna Process in one program chosen from the multiple programs in the colleges of science at each partner university in Palestine and Jordan. The project will utilise Bologna’s standards and philosophy to develop these selected programs by creating curricula and establishing the context and environment supporting this development at each HEIs.
