This Work Package (WP) outlines the specific activities to be undertaken, the allocation of tasks, and the roles and responsibilities of the team members involved in the project. The objective of the WP is to ensure that all components are efficiently managed and executed in alignment with the overall project goals.
This team will be dedicated to ensuring and maintaining the quality results of the project. The team will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and improving project processes and outcomes, ultimately contributing to the project's overall success and adherence to quality benchmarks.

Developing a comprehensive plan outlining the strategies and procedures for quality assurance and monitoring throughout the project

The progress and quality of project work packages are assessed and monitored on a daily basis to ensure that the goals, objectives, and deadlines are met. This task is vital for maintaining a proactive approach to quality management, allowing the project team to monitor their performance, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments promptly.

Conduct an annual self-evaluation report that will ensure the project stays on track, adheres to established quality standards, and maximizes the likelihood of successful outcomes.

Engaging an external evaluator to conduct an impartial and comprehensive assessment of the project's impact. The evaluator will review all project’s produced content, reports, deliverables and conclude his findings in the project’s final evaluation report.

JUST Once the plan is approved, the monitoring of the project will commence.
All activities in the project will be evaluated internally according to their intended results. In case of meetings, workshops, and conferences, the meeting minutes, attendance lists, and final reports will be documented.
The external evaluator will be able to review all documents and deliverables in the project 36 The external project evaluation report is submitted and discussed with the steering committee .
